Family supports Sophia Award recipient

The family of William Wurth came out in full force to witness him receive a 2024 Sophia Award at the Aug. 11, 2024 Mass at St. Stephen Cathedral in Owensboro. Wurth, who is a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist in Paducah, brought about 20 members of his family to the Mass, which is held every year to honor those who have served as faithful stewards in their parish communities through giving of their time, talent, and treasure.
